Nowhere on the World Wide Web does it say what to do if your gingerbread dough is BOTH too crumbly AND too sticky at the same time.

Apart from eat it raw, which I'll do anyway.

I just used almost as much flour flouring the board as went into the dough. I did use butter in the end, I figured that was my best bet. But then I rolled it too thin and now they're rock hard.

Bugger it, I'm off to stick my TARDIS together.
