For reasons I shall not be getting into I ventured to some strange sekrit places on the interwebs but funnily enough ended up at Towleroad ("All Gay News (and pictures of Zac Efron) All The Time!") where I caught this exchange:

These days hardly anyone still wears leather in any kind of social situation like bars. There's like 1/2 of a leather bar in all of NYC now. He better hurry! I'm not really up on this stuff--has it all gone underground with the Internet or simply disappeared??

As to the photo, I am once again repulsed by what Photoshop can do to a person's appearance. He's much better looking than that. The hair doesn't help either.

This now reminds me of a Snape/Harry fic in which Snape was OMG ASHAMED that he only liked to bottom, which was SHAMEFUL in wizard society, but it was all OK because Harry was delighted to find someone who didn't complain that he wanted to top all the time. Additionally, Snape had an extra-sensitive arse. It's a good thing I found those books a bit rubbish or the fic would make me sad in my soul.

I hope that Real Tops Don't Wear Leather doesn't have wizards in it. Barrowman should not be allowed near that particular well of innuendo.

Enh. I'm poking around as we speak. So far, absolutely nothing of interest to me. A bunch of people gazing up their own navels and stating the obvious.

The number of groups is astounding, and no easy way to navigate except by size or date. For a laugh, I took a look at some of the 1-member groups. So very, very sad.
