So the drums are cool? That's really the only reason I want that game. I'd only have people to play with sporadically, like weekends, and when I take on a game I like to plow through it at first.
I'm still a wimp at guitar hero, and I only have a PS2, so Rock Band is a ways away for me.
The drums are just basically a 4 pad practice kit with bass pedal, real drumsticks, the lot. The guitar, from what I hear is a lot better than the guitar hero one, it's got more integrated buttons and it doesn't fold up.
The whole kit is $170, which is like 100 euros, so Darryn just got it and stuck it in the hold of the plane. It's not due in out in Europe until September and when it comes out, it'll be just under 300 euros ($500) for the whole set. Waiting for his luggage from Detroit, Darryn says he saw three other boxes coming from Detroit.
It's definitely worth the money, yeah. Only problem is there's no multiplayer practice mode, so if you want to play with more than one instrument, you have to play competition (which is a shame if I want to play with Darryn and let Beckett join in for luls, because Beckett will eventually get us kicked off the stage.) But yeah, it's a good game and the drums are ace.
