LOVE this set of questions, so funny. My completely arbitrary opinions:
Ianto doesn't really speak Welsh - grew up in Cardiff not the Valleys, doesn't go into as heavy an accent as Gwen when he gets upset.
Ianto would NOT like the Doctor -- took Jack away (Are you going back to HIM?) and Canary Wharf.
Jack/Ianto on the D/s front -- after 2/13 on top of everything else, I don't think Jack's into bondage games any more
On being buried - I went for "the writers are lazy and hate us" because that whole storyline was all kinds of stupid and ridiculous.
On the TW dykes -- oh yes, he was so their sex toy.
Either Ianto tampered with his record to make himself less intimidating, or he got his job at Canary Wharf the same way he tried to get a job from Jack: tight jeans and excellent coffee. I can totally see sex with Yvonne (actually, I think Yvonne outdid Jack in the sex-with-employees department, all the pretty boys)
