Arguably, Jack's uncharacteristically shy request for a date is mooning. It works, leaving Jack with no reason to moon over Ianto, since they are obviously swinging from the Hub's chandeliers whenever the others aren't looking. :-)
ETA: Reading through the comments here, it occurs to me that their scene in To The Last Man is about Jack and Ianto's feelings for each other, but the kiss has overwhelmingly and unsurprisingly grabbed our attention and the actual dialogue has been forgotten. :-)
