I have to admit, what actually intrigues me about it is the fact that Jack is sitting down and Ianto is standing up. I would be far less interested were that not the case, but the possibilities of a toppy Ianto are making me quite excited. (Actually, I'm really hoping for a toppy Ianto, so I can point people at posts I made a year ago and say LOOK LOOK LOOK I TOLD YOU SO, DIDN'T I?? Even though I'm wrong.)

Did you get any from Obama? He's suddenly looking very popular there. The democrats will never learn. They will NOT get a woman, or a black man, elected into the White House, I know America intimately, it's not going to happen. I hope he does get it, actually. I think the popular view what I have just put across there will A)lull the republicans into a false sense of security, so much so that some of them might not even bother voting and B)cause such a huge black turnout that the guy will actually win. Oh, that reminds me, is the SCARYTERRORISTSHIDEHIDEHIDE Guiliani propaganda promotional ad on youtube? I must go look. Guiliani makes me LOL.

Dude, I've supported Obama since the '04 Democratic convention - I've never even looked anywhere else, to the consternation of my very Republican parents. What's scaring me is that Mike Huckabee won the Republican caucus in Iowa yesterday... he's scarier than Bush! Haven't we as a country learned nothing. *heavy sigh*

seconded on the being surprised at the big mclargehuge fangirl reaction. sure, it's nummy and all, but a) it's not that much hotter than the clinch we got last year, imo, and b) anyone that impressed with it has obviously never seen anything hotter INSIDE THEIR OWN HEAD reading slashfic. or writing it. or even thinking about it. slashfic: it does a body good.

Yeah, I don't quite get it either. As happy as two attractive men kissing makes me in my pants, I don't understand the excitement this has caused, but then I think I may have missed some big 'Jack's going to get it on with Gwen' scare somewhere along the line. Like I said, I'm mostly intrigued by Ianto's proactive stance here, that broken emo subby bottomy cuddlemonkey Ianto that the fangirls seem to favour is getting really old.
