My first two S3 predictions...

I am feeling some S3 predictions coming on now. I'm sure I will be making more of them. The first two have just come up conversationally, and are as follows:

Prediction number one:
Ten's Mouth will be vastly underused in Season 3. Now I realise that's rather a subjective thing, one person's "underused" is another's "whored out". I mean underused in the sense that, looking back on Season 3 there will not have been as much MouthAction as there was in Season Two.

Prediction number two: Remember last year's trailer? *wistful happysigh* This year's trailer will be SHIT. AND: I predict this year's trailer will contain a brief shot of Rose FOR NO REASON AT ALL. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. I'm serious.

I will be tagging these for posterity. Won't that be fun??


ETA: I just had to go and watch last year's trailer again. Because I lose at resisting the temptation to watch PORNOGRAPHIC FILTH. *does another wistful happysigh*

Even though I bet both of your predictions will be The Truth, I DON'T WANT THEM TO BE. We always need more evidence that Ten is a ho and the mouthaction is the main argument.

It's so funny, over on twop they've come up with a theory that because Jack is now immortal that Rose must be too and someday she can be reunited with the Doctor and live happily ever after FOREVAH AND EVAH! It's so misguided and crazy I'm afraid Rusty will think it's a good idea!

In my mind, what would happen is that Rusty would say to Tennant "Here's what we're going to do for the trailer..." and then David would suddenly remember that he does, in fact, have a fully functioning pair of testicles, and say "Now that's just fucking bollocks, Russel, and you know it. Let it the fuck go already" But that would never happen in a million years. *is sad*

I am happy about the fact that, now that I've said it, when it eventually turns out to be true I can at least have the smug satisfaction of having been right. It will be a small consolation, but still. It's something to hold on to.

last year's trailer was rather pornographic, wasn't it? i didn't see it on the tv because i only started watching dw at rise of the cyberman and age of steel. which is slightly shameful, but so. i watched it on the internets.
