tencrushPICSPAM TIME!!
I promised a picspam of Ten and His Mouth. This to prove that he really doesn't lick things as often as we think he does. Or does he? Well, you decide, I don't really know. I shall be formulating some sort of theory when I am done with part 2. For now, here is the Hot Oral Action from Ten for the first half-ish of Season Two.
Aww, remember when we met Ten?
He was all sleepy and stuff. The boy didn't really get much live screentime, but still managed to fit this one in. Yes that's Ten, licking his finger. His finger which he has just dipped in human blood. As far as setting a precedent along the lines of "Watch out girlzz, this one will stick ANYTHING in his mouth", this is pretty up there. Human blood, dudes. This one will stick anything in his mouth. Are you excited yet? Well, tough, ya gotta wait MONTHS for yer next fix. Maybe you can use the licking thing in your fanfic somehow? Yes? Good fangirl.
Now, admittedly, this is the one thing I didn't really want him to stick in his mouth when I got all excited at the prospect of Ten sticking things in his mouth, but oh well:
We all thought it was Rose, though, didn't we? Thank heavens for small mercies.
New Earth also brought us the concept of Ten's Mouth As Third Hand, as witnessed here:

he's not licking things as such, but we do get to see his mouth in action once again. They're trying to make us think about his mouth, see? It's an AGENDA, I'm telling you.
Oh, the one that started it all. Yes, Tooth and Claw, otherwise known as The One Where Ten Licks A Wall:
Nuff said, yes?
Funnily enough, earlier in this episode, he's licking his finger again. You were too busy gushing over the wall thing to notice, but look!
Mmmm, gravies. (Actually, I don't know. What were they eating? I neither remember nor care.)
School Reunion. The one with the chips:
And the biscuit:
I include these two because the way he's putting them in his mouth there, is, in my eyes, whorish, to say the least. I'm fine with a hungry Doctor, but he doesn't have to be such a slut about it, surely? It's the Making Us Think About His Mouth Agenda again.
We also get a welcome return of the Mouth As Third Hand:
Though we're beginning to suspect then even if Ten did have three hands, he'd still be putting things in his mouth. Aren't we? I know I am.
Considering the subject matter, The Girl in the Fireplace is sadly lacking in oral action, apart, of course from this:
Which, yet again, doesn't really count as Ten licking things. Though he's obviously tempted.
And this:
which is stretching it a bit, I realise.
The only thing that even comes close to hot TenMouth goodness in Rise of the Cybermenz is this:
Which blatantly isn't good enough. Though not as bad as Age of Steel, which has NONE AT ALL. Oh, Mrs. Moore, if only you'd brought a hot dog along. THIS IS WHY YOU HAD TO DIE.
So, what have we learned so far?
Well, the ratio of Ten Licking Things as opposed to just Sticking Things in his Mouth appears to be reasonably even if you count the fingerlicking goodness as licking and you take the Chip and the Biscuit in the slutty way in which they are obviously meant to be taken.
We shall see what happens in the second half of the season, and then, perhaps, a spreadsheet? Or a wee Powerpoint presentation.
