OH GOD HOW MUCH DO I LOVE IANTO????
He is totally pushing all my buttons at the moment, even the sexy ones. Ianto FTW!!

I have nothing much coherent to say about the ep, I enjoyed it very much indeed, best episode so far.

Random thoughts:
Gwen says to Owen: "Could you be any less helpful?" To which my boyfriend happily replies, sitting on the couch nursing a beer: "I could rape you?" Teh lulz.

That scene with Ianto going "I clean up your shit, you don't care about my life" was aces. Ianto rools.

On the flipside, the scene between Jack and Ianto towards the end where he tells him to execute her could have been so great if it wasn't for the fact that Barrowman's l33t acting skillz let it down. Again. What a cunt. What a waste. I am still having trouble with JB as lead man, as I really don't think he's up to it, unfortunately. I'd like him to be, but he's been consistently below par. Damn you, Barrowman!!! As for Ianto, well, yes, mucho love. GODYES.

Owen didn't bug me as much this episode. Maybe I'm just getting used to his face.

Toshiko? Is she ever getting a storyline, because she bores me to tears at the moment. Give the girl a third dimension already, dudes.

Oh, and as has been pointed out by nostalgia_lj there was a Pterodactyl. Fighting a Cyberwoman. Things really can't get any better than that. That's just the best thing ever. I have no words for the cracktasticness of that concept.
YAY Torchwood.

I'm not so sure on the Jack/Doctor love there. Is that really what this is about? Is that really why he's all dark and broody and shit? There had better be a good reason, that's all I'm sayin'.

I AM SO GLAD IT'S NOT JUST ME THAT THINKS THIS. I thought he was at his best yet in this episode, but that's still just not quite enough for what the role demands.
