No, he's all over the place with the shouting and the angry and the FEELINGS, ever since the memory thing. I shouldn't find it hot, but I totally do.

Also, Skye/Fitz was adorkable. I'm all over it now. When she undeads, obviously. And Coulson turns out to be her father somehow. (New theory, SHIELD stole his sperms? It's not the first time they've poked him with needles for... reasons?)

Fitz has gotten a lot manlier, that's why. Less Xander.

At first I thought the dad thing was a lulzy theory and now he obviously totally is, hence my worry that he himself is some sort of 084 on some level or special person, which would make me a bit sad. I like his status as regular guy who sometimes kicks people in the head out of nowhere.

Re. Fitz, I know a Whedon show has got under my skin when I suddenly start finding everyone in it a lot attractive.

But no, Fitz is a lot less comic relief now. I bet if you went back and watched his earlier geeky stuff he'd be very different and not as attractive.

And how teeth-grittingly awful was it when they tried to do Fitz-Simmons-style comic relief with Ward and Coulson? Never do that again, show.

Yes, agreed on the comic relief, BUT then suddenly they went all tense and angry with pent up man rage at each other and Coulson was all 'Just be a man like me and say vaginas when you mean vaginas for fucks sake!' and it got all hot like burning. So there was that.
