My Who theory is this:


River is the astronaut, she's got to be, there's too many coincidental things about her being in prison, apparently somewhat willingly, and her being, you know, dressed as an astronaut the first time we met her.

My more controversial theory is that River is Amy and Rory's child from the future. Watch this space. Srsly. The big reveal isn't that she's his wife, which she probably is, but that's hardly news, but that she's Amy and Roary's bebbi.

But when she meets him for the first time as a child, he wouldn't be allowed to tell her any spoilers in just the same way that she can't tell him spoilers at the moment, I figure.

I think that sounds a bit dark even for Stephen Moffat. I can't imagine him having Amy and Rory separated from a baby. Mind you I think killing the doctor is pretty extreme, so you never know.
