Ha! I'm watching that too (I always say I never watch telly - what a big liar). I really like Kirsty, although I am not at all sure about some of her ideas. My mam could make this programme a hundred times more impressive.

I love Kirsty so much. I don't really know why. Her country kitchen homey style is completely unlike anything I'd have in my house and yet I can't stop watching her.

I watched the last series and had to chortle. She's like me, starts off something, or has a hamfisted attempt, and then gets someone with skillz to finish it off for her so it's done properly.

Though, I have a bag of scraps of cloth that I swear will become patchwork stylee cushion covers.

And there's a woman on my train of a morning who does actual knitting, with real needles and everything!

I love it when she halfarsedly pokes a needle in things and then turns to the camera and goes "I'm going to leave the finishing off in the capable hands of so and so, she'll DO ALL THE WORK FOR ME and then DELIVER IT TO MY HOUSE and later I will claim to have played a part in its making" She's my favourite person in the world.
