OKAY! just a heads up, guys, I swear to the sweet baby Jeebus, if any of you ever mention fucking Torchwood to me ever again, I'm going to hit you with a stick of some sort. An online stick. I don't give a flying fuck anymore. Yes, I'm excited about Who series 5, and that's about it. No, I won't be watching Torchwood if there's a new series. I find both Barrowman and Myles to be utterly unwatchable, so there's that, mostly. And now let us not speak of it again. EVER. Man, what an unpleasant experience that was, fannishly speaking. Fuck me.
I CANNOT WAIT FOR NEW GLEE. Why is not on until April? God, what a happy-making all-singing all-dancing show that is, guys. Lovelovelove.
ALSO: FANNISH CONFESSION: I QUITE LOVE SCRUBS [MED SCHOOL]. That is all. Should I not be liking it? Does it make me a bad person? Meh. Love it. Totally. But GOOD GOD I MISS MY JANITOR.
Also happymaking: THE BIG BANG THEORY makes me HAPPY. Oh, and anyone who hasn't seen it should totally watch Channel 4's MISFITS because that was really quite a good show and the fact that it's been renewed it making me insanely happy. Oh, and I've still got episodes of Party Down to be watching because JANE LYNCH!! And that guy from The State! Speaking of The State, Thomas Lennon is the only person really worth following on Twitter. Or is that just me, because I am still secretly sexually attracted to his brain as much as I was when I was a hormonal teenager and there was 240 dollars worth of pudding going spare? It might actually be the latter. I never change.
That was my frenzied list of things on television THAT MAKE ME HAPPY. Because FUCK YOU, TELEVISION, you're here to make me happy and if you ever FAIL in that basic function again, I will zap you out of existence for all time. ALL TIME.
Oh, and Family Guy, of course. If you don't love Family Guy, I have trouble relating to you. Just so you know.

For the record I'm not going to talk about Torchwood either because I just don't care anymore.
'Also happymaking: THE BIG BANG THEORY makes me HAPPY.'

Date: 2010-01-19 07:24 pm (UTC)I'm assuming you are looking forward to the DW because of Moffat writing? I'm looking forward to the writing, but it really annoys me that television is just all a bunch of young people, and I always liked the doctor to be older and have some authority, I preferred Eccles to DT partly for that reason.

Date: 2010-01-20 10:08 am (UTC)Also, if all goes well, I may get to work with Jane Lynch. Emphasis on may. It all depends on whether I get to work the sketch the cameos in. I'll link you when she does it.
Still no Tuesday joy, but there will be...eventually. I'll just not say anything until I know for 100% sure...like, after.
I need to catch Misfits, but I'm playing catch up on BSG, Chuck, and The Wire right now. I'll get to it, though. I haven't even seen any new Being Humans!
