You may have a point there, hmmm! Even John Barrowman has said that Gareth can be a bit of a womaniser and I'm not sure he'd say that if it wasn't true, especially as John himself has admited to that kind of behaviour in the past.

Gareth should be spending more time looking for new roles (even temparary ones) and less time at conventions and gigs.

*puts on former concomm hat* Conventions are work - they pay, they generate buzz for the actor in his/her target market, and the actors often end up rubbing elbows with actors from other shows who might mention them to their own casting agents/let them know when a role is coming up.

That said... conventions, conventioneers, and especially concomm members TALK to each other, about behavior on and off stage.
