This might be a bit of an odd comment, but I've been watching your journal for the past month or so, agreeing mostly, occasionally disagreeing, but always loving the entries, whether they were just fannish glee or deeper meta-related entries.
I would love to continue to read the your entries, but since you don't know me I don't expect you to friend me back if I friend you - and in the past month I was wondering how much you'd welcome someone you didn't know of commenting (I had time a few days ago going over your older entries and realized you seem to actually enjoy discussions *g*, so I realized it wouldn't be completely stupid to comment).
So, I'm going to friend you and I can promise you to take part and comment in the future if you let me in *g*
Oh, and just FYI, I found you via some link through a Torchwood entry somewhere and I've been enjoying your wit and meta stuff since.
