I didn't hate the thing, but... Ianto was a little too emo for me. Ianto's my favorite character, and GDL is great, but I'd rather hoped Comic Con was the last time I heard the wibbly "Lisa?" coming from Ianto's mouth.

Barrowman suffers without visuals, to me. I thought Eve was fantastic, and I loved the Gwen and Ianto stuff.

Well, this Ianto nearly reached Cyberwoman proportions with the wibblyness, so you will probably love it. :) I just listened to it right off BBC4's website, and I am in the US, so hopefully you'll be able to listen.

As for Jack, well...no, no he didn't comfort him. He was a little concerned when he first checked in with Ianto, and then basically said "Sorry, gotta go" when Gwen informed him Ianto'd been attacked. Told her/them not to die, and then got on with what he was doing. Seemed rather...unconcerned, really. :P

It was Gwen who took care of Ianto (and reminded him of the two things he loves: coffee and Jack. In that order. LOL. First Pizza and Ianto, now Coffee and Jack.) The Gwen and Ianto stuff was probably my favorite of the whole thing.

i enjoyed it..but then again, i missed half of it due to the noise level in my office...not even turning the volume to maximum manages tod rown out my colleagues!

John Barrowman was rather flat on delivery, he definitely seems to be mroe of a visual actor....but I hope they keep this Gwen for season 3, I actually liked her for a change!
