Even though GD-L as Ianto is by far my favorite of the cast and characters of TW (past and present), I’ve never found him particularly sexy. Blame it on the fact that I’m 45, and 9 times out 10, I prefer my TV crushes with some age on them. Even as a little girl, I always preferred the older characters. Didn’t find Little Joe (reference to TV show Bonanza reruns) appealing, at all, but Pa and Adam? Oh. My.god. Hot!


I’ve seen 2 pics of GD-L sporting a smirk and holding his head in such a way that seemed to bespeak a very sexy mischievousness about him. The one shot the stands out for me is the one taken at the Vets opening (the event in which he wore the Blondie T-shirt) in Newport (IIRC). Other than to two alluded to above, I’ve found most his pics to be baby-faced and adorably cute.


But the picture in the OP? OH. MY. GAWD. The baby-faced boy is suddenly a SEXY MAN. That picture evokes the Ianto as characterized by Sarcasticchick (Sarcasticbabble) in her brilliant work *Shades of Ianto.* This is the Ianto that can kick some alien a$$, run TW, and make Jack cry like a girl.
