Unfortunately I can't see a boy GDL's age wearing a necklace without being reminded rather strongly of my little brother, who's three years older than him and wears a very nice hematite necklace.
This is why I prefer him as Ianto, in a suit, because whenever I see him all scruffy in his civvies it pushes all my "INCEST OH NOES" buttons.
