Yeah, I asked about this before, because I did wonder. No mention of it from our innocent outsider POV of Gwen though, who one would expect to squee at this fact, having been a police officer. I though both Owen and Tosh seemed pretty well off.
Who's paying them? Srsly? Apart from Ianto, who's obviously being paid by whomever has contracted his services as L33t manwhorespy, who exactly is paying them again??
