Thing is, I have not actually seen any link with this casting call on it, but you can register on the thing as a casting director and post stuff (say you want to cast your indie film). So I think someone could have done it for the LOLZ. I feel like I'm losing brain cells even talking about it.
But I'm naturally suspicious like Lucky Charms are magically delicious.
