This may seem a strange question, as I've never commented here before, but what did your kids think of it? I read an article the other day - here (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/tvandradio/6904999/Doctor-Who-BBC-One-review.html) - in which the journalist seemed to forgive all the shortcomings of Who simply because his son enjoyed it. Not sure what I'm trying to say here, except, well Doctor Who is supposed to be for kids, isn't it? I just was curious to know your thoughts, because I have neither a child nor a much younger sibling to share the experience with.
