Its all a joke, cause everyone is sick of Matheson's angst. That's frighteningly plausible, though. But then, like I said, it's all a bit SAW, and I wouldn't put it past Moran to rip off SAW's I'm-showing-you-you-have-something-to-live-for motivation at the end of all this.
