I just have to chime in to agree with your comments on the James Moran situation.
First, let me be clear that I don't condone personal insults or physical threats.
But I do get a sense here (as in other situations where writers and producers travel out on the intarwebs to interact with fen) that there's a bit of silliness in Moran's posturing. He's a professional and he made his choices, which included engaging the fans invested in Janto while he was well aware of the story to come. So either he was willing to play the game or he was naive enough to believe that the fanbase would be okay with another tragic love story ending (without having properly even gotten the love story on screen; frankly, I wasn't even sure they spent the nights together until I listened to the last radio play!).
