I mean, I can see Ianto being slightly disconcerted at finding out that Jack has a daughter who is older than he is, but he knows plenty more disconcerting things about Jack, so it's not like it'd be a huge deal.
And yeah, his daughter is totally going to be a Jenny parallel, just like Gray was a Master parallel. She will die, and Ianto will sex him up to make it all better (except not).
