Oh, sure, men can be multiorgasmic or train to be multiorgasmic. But Jack and Ianto in fic seem to both either have very short refractory periods, or are both multi-ejaculatory (their multiple coming does usually seem to involve cum). It's a trait that doesn't really bother me, as I usually figure Jack's knack is just a product of 51st century male evolution, and Ianto's just a biological quirk that I can easily handwave by reasoning that if there's a multi-ejaculator nearby, Jack'd probably sniff him out.
