Well, yes, but seriously, how many singing cast members of The Bill and dancing newsreaders does one have to sit through? There was just a medley from fucking Oliver! with a bunch of precocious children singing off-key and congratulating themselves on caring about other children and their needs.

I imagine this is what an evening in the Barrowman household is like.

I sometimes wonder if they perhaps wouldn't raise more money this way. Just put on a bunch of adverts for about a month threatening us with what's going to be on the telly one Friday night in November if we don't pay up.
