'I do think Gareth becoming a leading man in Torchwood is a realistic possibility but he does need to get that 2nd significant role in the next few years and rise his profile.' Yeah, but form what I've heard, he doesn't seem to be doing much acting outside of Torchwood (just narrating audio books and playing with his band). I'm not really in the main part of the fandom anymore, so I don't know if he's gotten other roles or not.
