Seriously, so the guy gained a couple lbs, he's not the 600 lb man or anything by any stretch of the imagination. He's a hot young guy. So what if he has a tiny bit of a belly on him, he's still hot! It's people sitting around doing stuff like this, that gives actors and actresses eating disorders! (And it's even ruder, when you KNOW for a fact that the person in question is in fandom! Imagine how you would feel if you stumbled across someone posting something like this about you.)
