Oh, man, that's just how I talk and there's not a damn thing I can do about that. I've said before elsewhere that I believe that's probably my Dutch coming out, I tend to go a bit preachy and quasi-factual when I'm trying to put a point across. In the case of the quotes you quote there, yeah, I know where that came from, they stem from around the time that the production, including Moran himself, were, for some unfathomable reason, vehemently denying that they had anything to do with the Captain's Blogs and I took their statements at face value, glued them onto the fact that the Blogs seemed SO INSANELY AT ODDS with everything else and used the most ridiculously overblown romantic imagery and language, and I put two and two together and came up with 153. Part of me wishes what I said there had been true.
This blog is fan discussion, end of story. I don't know anyone who writes TW, acts in TW, directs TW, makes tea for TW, I only know what I see on screen and the words I write about it. Everything I write is my opinion and I attempt to state as fact only those things I know to be true. I don't succeed very well, probably, but that's just the way it is, I'm not going to apologise for that.
