Nobody's forgotten anything in this episode, that's kind of my point. Even Gwen admits that she knows what Rhys is talking about in the video, and she can see it in her mind, she just doesn't feel anything to go along with it. Everybody remembers pretty much everything, but they have to reconnect to the feelings associated with the memories, because that connection's gone.
