I just skip it. I don't hate you, RPF just squicks me greatly.
I don't, on the whole, read much fic. I read who_daily and torchwood_three to get a sense of the prevailing mood, and if I suddenly see a trend in pairings or type of fic or whatever, I'll read a few to see what's brought that trend on. But I'm not really an avid devourer of fanfiction, full stop.
