I guess I'm trying to make a distinction between fan service (the fisting speech or the Captain Sandwich quip), and constantly making extremely lewd and bawdy jokes and comments (the Jack and Jill joke, the Summer Lovin' adlibs, Bam Bam - okay the last one is both).
