For some reason a part of me thought the BBC might sabotage the charts or at least find some excuse to not have to play Rage Against The Machine as Christmas Number One on TOTP. Especially what with TOTP playing the number one just before The Queen being on. All in all, that was kind of surreal, guys.

Yeah, Top of the Pops, man. One must traditionally watch it at Xmastiem. The X Factor winner was destined to be the twee, godawful Christmas Number One, but a net campaign thwarted it and RATM's Killing in the Name got there instead. Excellent work.

Damn! I can't believe I forgot! I was going to try and watch a live feed. I've never seen a Doctor Who at original air time. That includes original, so that's a big deal for me. Maybe I'll save that for Moffat...
