I still hold out a tiny bit of hope that I'm wrong in saying that thing I've been saying for the past six months, but then Amazon starts advertising this really quite spoilerrific Torchwood soundtrack and I get all down again. Ummm... it's a combination of all this "Fallen/Good Man/Sacrifice" stuff in the song titles and the fact that "The Ballad of Ianto Jones" is well over four minutes long, and the longest track on the album. And not exactly upbeat. Though, looking at it again... I still think there might be a slim chance it's not death, but voluntary retcon.

I really hope it isn't true, but if it is I will say I told you so for ever and ever.

Through my tears, obviously.

So those are the only spoilers I've looked at, and yet I find myself completely agreeing with you.

It was just a hunch on my part many many months ago, and there hasn't actually been that much in the way of actual spoilers, like set reports or anything, to back up this theory, but this soundtrack, combined with that last publicity shot is really making me believe it.

Yep, I remember that hunch from months ago and I remember everyone in denial, but there are too many little indirect hints that scream out to me *totally going to happen and make you cry like a 5 year old*

Which new promo shot are you talking about? The postcard from the BFI preview or one of the other ones?

Yep, and I was just reading the BBC's Press packet http://www.bbc.co.uk/pressoffice/pressreleases/stories/2009/06_june/15/torchwood.shtml

and GDL's interview is very flat. John and Eve's interview talk about their characters and stuff, and GDL's just like the action is awesome, and yeah.
