Yes, EXACTLY!!!! That damned vest in the first two pics is pulled tight in the back, which makes it flare out all around from the midsection down. There's one full body pic in which he and JB are standing and you can see that the vest and shirt are too roomy and ill-fitted. Ianto is not a sloppy dresser, but apparently the BBC is a miserly producer.

LMAO. Yes, the roomy clothes are also driving me crazy. Can't some fan volunteer to do 10 minutes worth of sewing to take in the seams on those waistcoats/vests? It wouldn't take long. For the sake of fans everywhere.
