At this point I'm about ready for them to find a way for Owen to actually kill Jack off permanently, because his "acting" is reeeeaaaaaally starting to drive me up the wall.
Snoop away, I agree. I call it "not shiny", it's my being nice-ism.
It is a sad, sad day when I realise that I've become an actual shipper, something I've never been before, for the simple reason that somehow the teaboy manages to coax a slightly less cringeworthy performance out of the Captain when they're on screen together, than when the Captain's on screen with anyone else. Kudos to the teaboy, but not really a healthy basis for a relationship.
Agreed. It seems like he's the least convincing when he's talking to Gwen. Or maybe that's just in recent episodes and I've managed to block out previous poor acting. Don't any of the directors or editors or anyone ever notice? Everything else is fine, but when he's onscreen, I'm always ready to cringe. I've come to expect it, and that's never good.
