Sleeper in general is Ianto at his toppiest. I think, as you do, that he TOTALLY GOT LAID between KKBB and Sleeper, and I think, if he ever did top Jack, that's where it started. So you can see he's suddenly a lot more himself, and he blurs the lines between work and private with Jack a lot more, in just about every interaction with Jack in that episode.

But I think nothing sums up Ianto's toppiness more than that face.

I love how he does it as a total display of power as well. He's the one who wanted to keep the two separate, yet the next episode he's totally waving his dick around, but he's doing it AT JACK because he's not quite agreeing with Jack's methods and actions in that episode. And Jack just lets him. Again.
