Y'know, I knew that but I didn't register it... And yeah, I do'nt think Jack is ignorant of the fact that Ianto is young, inexperienced and - hello! - sleeping with the boss, which is NEVER GOOD in any situation - do not sleep with your flatmates, bandmates or workmates (believe me, I learnt the hard way *lol*)
