Though he does manage to keep it remarkably clean, considering.

The only thing I could think about when Ianto was in danger in that episode wasn't "Oh no I hope he's okay!" (because we've all seen previews of him and Martha standing near each other, so he's whole and okay for another two episodes) but "OH NO THE COAT! He looks so good, I hope his clothes don't get mussed!"

Then he fell on the ground and my face looked something like "D:"
