I think they'll marry and it will be undone pretty much immediately, but because they're both Time Lords, it won't really be undone for them because they'll still remember it happening, you know? So they'll be married and not married at the same time. I can't really see them having any matrimonial bliss, I think their entire relationship is a sequence of meetings and adventures.
