Even if she didn't want to watch the whole backstory, including the relevant Who episodes, how hard is it for someone like RTD, who's in charge of this mess, to outline the relevant timlines and backstory for the characters so all the writers know what's what? Is he seriously writing with an American team now and STILL not using a show bible? It defies all logic.
