It's totally essential that Jack gets to HUMP PEOPLE now, when Ianto couldn't so much as get a snog because Rhys had BEANS in that other LOVE STORY that was so VITAL TO THE PLOT, I seem to recall. Bah. Not that CoE would have been vastly improved with gratuitous sex, but a sign of affection would have been nice, instead of the weird dismissive bitching that went on.
