The third ep featured the nine-year-old getting dismembered, off-camera, while Matheson and Lyndon (I've remembered her name) watched, and it featured a sinew-tearing-bone-crunching sound effect that just made me give up on trying to figure out where in the thriller-horror-LOLEvilDead spectrum this undertaking was trying to place itself. So that, for me, was the point at which I gave up trying to appreciate it and just continued watching to see if GDL would cry. It's not so good.

Yeah, Cube was beautiful, too. It entered my top-ten-favourite-films-of-all-time list on first viewing, it's a stunning film.
