Sigh... "a blaze of glory" well said. That's what I think Ianto deserved as well, a sacrifice of his own choice, a battle he actually gets to fight... a majestic exit not an anticlimactic one like this. I would like to think this was the evidence that Ianto's story is yet to be over, but with the impression I got from RTD's past work, I can't be that optimistic.
