No, no, don't get me wrong, everybody's more than welcome to come and read and stay for the meta or the luls or the pretty or whatever they want. I write and post stuff because I want people to read it, there'd be no point otherwise. I've just been kind of casual about friending back anyone who's friended me, without even asking for so much as an introduction, and I now have quite a few people on my friendslist who have never actually commented on my journal. I post personal stuff under friendslock now to people I don't actually know, and I have a suspicion that the anon bitching is coming from inside my flist so I feel really stupid for allowing that. If you say hi and ask me to friend you, I'll be more than happy to do so, I just feel the need to restrict my friendslist to people I have talked to more than "not at all".

And God, yes, I'll finish that Jack and Ianto retcon thing one of these days even if it kills me.
