Yes, we're talking about the same thing. I think he's doing too much muscle work and not enough actual exercise. When I think of someone doing their abs I think of weight training and toning. He needs to do aerobic exercise to shift the tum, and I don't think he is. He's running the risk of toning his abs to the extent that he actually starts to make his beer gut more noticeable than it was. I think John does the same thing, too many weights. You can always tell a guy's doing just weights when he starts to get really wide on top really quickly.
